From mid-2020 to early 2021, I worked with Koidra as the solo design consultant for DataPilot, an AI and IoT platform for commercial greenhouse operators. I owned the web and mobile product experience, brand identity, and design system from concept to beta.

Greenhouse teams managed crop yield by balancing light, humidity, and irrigation. They had sensor data from multiple systems, but it was hard to turn that data into daily decisions. Operators needed clarity on what required attention without extra information to interpret.

I designed DataPilot to turn IoT data into an attention system for greenhouse operations. The dashboards and recommendations showed what changed and where to act. This helped operators reduce manual checks while staying close to their existing routines.

Within one month of beta launch, Koidra onboarded eight partnerships and integrated with 90% of early customers' legacy technology stacks. Operators reported smoother workflows and improved crop conditions. That traction became part of Koidra’s story ahead of its $4.5M Seed round in mid-2022.
